Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 07/26/2026

PixelPush.in ("PixelPush.in," "we," "us," or "our") is an individually owned business operated from Colorado, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website and service located at pixelpush.in (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information: Email address and password (or authentication credentials) when you create an account.
  • Payment information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data — Stripe handles this in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We retain limited billing metadata (such as your subscription tier, billing interval, and Stripe customer ID) to manage your account.
  • Content you upload: Design images (mockups, screenshots) and the live website URLs you submit for comparison.
  • Communications: If you contact us for support or feedback, we retain that correspondence.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Comparison history, feature usage (e.g., whether AI-powered analysis was used), timestamps, and related metadata necessary to operate the Service and enforce plan limits.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited, collected automatically when you access the Service.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service (e.g., maintaining your login session) and to understand usage through analytics (see Section 4).

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive limited account or billing information from third-party services we integrate with, such as confirmation of payment status from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running design-vs-live comparisons and generating reports.
  • Create and manage your account, and enforce plan-based usage limits (comparisons per month, AI-verdict quotas, report retention windows).
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, billing notifications, password resets, service updates).
  • Analyze usage trends to improve the Service, using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use the content of your uploaded design images or comparison data to train AI models beyond what is necessary to generate your own report.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers ("processors"): We use third-party vendors to operate the Service, including:
    • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
    • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
    • Vercel — application hosting
    • Anthropic — AI-powered analysis of flagged comparison sections (image data may be processed to generate plain-English verdicts)
    • Google Analytics — website and product usage analytics

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for purposes other than providing services to us.

  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers: If PixelPush.in is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Analytics (CalOPPA)

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential functionality (e.g., keeping you logged in).
  • Analytics, via Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Service. Google Analytics may set its own cookies and collect data such as pages visited and time spent on the site. You can learn more about Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Do Not Track: Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
  • Comparison reports and diff images are retained according to your plan tier's retention window:
    • Free plan: 5 days
    • Freelancer plan: 30 days
    • Agency plan: 24 months

Reports are automatically deleted once they exceed your plan's retention window.

  • Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
